Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are unable to bring you our usual programme of activity for Northumberland Day 2020. However, what we do have are some competitions and a special image for you to share on social media. Head to our 2020 Zone page to find these. You will also find two education packs on our Education page, which you can use with your children whilst home schooling or just wanting to know more about Northumberland.

Cheeseburn Sculpts an Inspiring Northumberland Day Experience
25th May 2019 @ 11:00 am - 27th May 2019 @ 4:00 pm£5
Head to Cheeseburn – ten acres of landscaped gardens, contemporary sculptures from around the world and unique sound installations throughout the grounds – for an inspiring Northumberland Day experience.
On the 25th, 26th or 27th of May, there is the chance to see the proposals for Gillian Dickinson’s next Young Sculptor, as well as 2018 Gillian Dickinson North East Young Sculptor winner Clare Townley’s exhibition.
Erin Dickson’s glass chandelier will be available to view in the Stables. Also in attendance will be Handmade Tyneside in the Design Arch and Ayako Tani in the Design Larder.
Entry is with £5 donation per adult. Regrettably, due to active farmland, dogs cannot be accommodated. Car parking is on site and the café serves homemade cakes and refreshments (cash only).
Cheeseburn is a rural art and sculpture trail and, as such, is not fully accessible. Please get in touch beforehand if you are looking to visit and would like more information about accessibility. The opening times are 11am to 4pm each of the three days.
